4 Things I Heart... with Duffymoon

Welcome to 4 Things I Heart! We are always inspired by what you guys love seeing (and buying) at the market, so we decided to ask some of our favourite creatives to share their I Heart Market must-haves. Jordyn from Duffymoon visited our April market and put together a list of her current fave traders.

For those of you who don't know Jordyn - we've been a fan of her amazing baking skills for a long time and are always drooling over everything she shares on Instagram. The I Heart Market team love cooking, and we're always visiting Duffymoon to see what exciting new recipes she has dreamed up and posted on her website.

1. Solder Interiors"So reasonably priced and such variety of the most amazing bits!"

You can find Solder on the lawns right opposite the DJ. They always have an incredible collection of mid-century classic furniture, contemporary collectibles and vintage bits and bobs. They also specialise in furniture restoration and customise metalwork. Follow them on Instagram here.

2. Out To Lunch
"Debbie's vegan goodness is life!"

Out To Lunch is situated in the foodcourt area. Everything Debbie makes is plantbased and so epicly delicious. You probably wouldn't have known it was vegan food if we didn't point it out. From salads to smoothies to wraps and bite-size energy balls, there's always a (super colourful) spread of options to choose from. Follow Debbie on Instagram for her foodie adventures: Out To Lunch

3. Projectarian
"I didn’t know magic could be crocheted"

Jessie from Projectarian is a super talented toymaker and crochet pattern designer. Her menagerie of fanciful beasts are absolutely magical. She creates the most beautiful, enchanting, other-wordly creatures and you can buy them from her online shop or visit her stall at the market to view her latest work: Projectarian

4. Jannie's Record Emporium"Nothing like curling up with a pre-loved vinyl"

Jannie has the most insane record collection and has been collecting mid-century vinyl for literally, forever. If you want a record, Jannie probably has it. He has an amazing repertoire and knowledge of all different genres of music and is loved for sharing this knowledge for all those who want to listen. Come find Jannie under the tree next to the DJ.

Come and support all these local creators, makers, designers and entrepreneurs every first Saturday of the month on the lawns of Moses Mabhida Stadium. We look forward to seeing you there!
